Twin Hammer Pattern
This unrefined weapon creates a fearsome noise and the ability to smash pulverize and totally punch its way through trouble. It is like having two swinging gigantic fists - a force to fear. Not only will you have to dodge one, the next one is never too far away. This amplifies the father son theory. As with the big axe this is a crowd clearer - just the kind of weapon needed for the skirmishes that were prevailing during the period of the Song Dynasty. Never let it be said that these are impractical weapons unsuitable for the battlefield. The master performing is Dong Kui. Filmed in Jinan City, October 2004.
