Shaolin Mantis Fist
There are approximately 2,500 species of praying mantis insects in the world. It is said there are just as many Praying Mantis wushu patterns. Performed at the Da Fa Wang Temple at Song Shan in Henan province, China. One of the last places in China to teach fighting monks after the Shoalin temple closed it's doors to become a World Heritage site. This is the Shaolin version.
