Dai style Xin Yi's Unique Power Generation

In this video, Master Huo explains a unique method of energy generation in Dai style Xin Yi. The movements of the torso twist like whirlpools, circulating energy around the lower and upper abdomen until the practitioner releases the power into the hands.
